Terms & Conditions

By accessing our website (ecraftz.com), subscribing to our SaaS platforms (Ecraftz Nexus, Vantage, Campus, Wave), or entering into a service agreement with Ecraftz Technology, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Ecraftz provides software engineering, website development, mobile application development, AI automation workflows, SaaS product licensing, and digital marketing services. Detailed deliverables, timelines, and payment terms for client projects are defined in individual Statements of Work (SOW) or service agreements.

All proprietary code, branding, product design, documentation, and trademarks associated with Ecraftz platforms (Nexus, Vantage, Campus, Wave) remain the exclusive intellectual property of Ecraftz. Custom development project deliverables are transferred to the client upon full payment as stipulated in the client contract.

Users agree not to misuse our websites or services, attempt unauthorized access to server infrastructure, reverse engineer proprietary SaaS products, or use our platforms for illegal activities under applicable UAE laws.

Invoices for project milestones and SaaS subscriptions are issued in UAE Dirhams (AED) or agreed currency. Late payments may result in suspension of hosted services or project work until outstanding balances are settled.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ecraftz shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from service interruptions, third-party API changes, or unauthorized third-party access beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.
